(for example : for  the furniture delivery's, company intervention, other delivery)

-          Administrative help,

o   Postmail managing,

o   Other administrative services,

o   Invoice payments,

-          2 Preparation of property on two occasions in the same year ,

o   Before the arrival of the occupants : to ensure that the heating, air-conditioning, electricity and fridge work.

o   After the departure : to unplug electrical appliances. To turn off that the water at the mains and to check windows, shutters and doors etc.

-          Exclusive access to our network of external services,

(for example : cleaning before and after the staying, garden maintnance, internet installation, TV satellite decoder, and so on)

                The cost of these services is not included in the package and remains at your expense.
