SELLING-ORDER TERMS OF SALE
Contract whereby a person called "the seller" entrusts another person called "authorised agent" to undertake on his behalf legal acts.
The seller entrusts and authorises our agencies to put up for sale and to sell a precise piece fo property. The seller gives the authorisation to advertise and carry out any procedures intended to accommodate for visits of the property and signs any preliminary act with the future buyer.
The agency commission is 6% all taxes included ( 6,000 euros for property costing less than 100 000, 5% for property over 500 000)
We honour the sale of your property in accordance with our charter of quality.
Our selling orders are for 6 months without exclusive rights renewable 6 months or for 3 months with exclusive rights
